Recharge and Refresh with the Associated Students during Wellness Week - October 6-10!

Midterms are approaching...but have no fear, Wellness Week is here! Join the Associated Students for a week of events from October 6–10 to help students recharge, de-stress, and discover the wellness resources available to them on campus. This is their chance to explore what supports their wellbeing—not just this week, but all semester long!

Monday, October 6th

  • Pick Me Up Boxes | 9 a.m. until supplies last | BMU 220
  • Fight the Flu | 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU
  • Acupuncture* | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU
  • Kindness Rocks | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU

Tuesday, October 7th

  • Let's Chat | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU
  • Fresh Cuts Barbershop* | 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU
  • Gloga | 7-8 p.m., 6:30 p.m. doors open | BMU Auditorium

Wednesday, October 8th

  • Spill the Tea | 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU

Thursday, October 9th:

  • Bike Auction | 10:30 a.m. viewing, 12 p.m. auction | SSC Plaza

  • Wags 4 Wellness | 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU
  • Community Engagement Workshop: Journaling for Mental Health | 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. | The Well @ The BMU

Friday, October 10th:

  • Sac River Stand-Up Paddleboarding* | Afternoon

Students, staff, and faculty can also access the Wildcat Recreation Center (WREC) and The Well with their Wildcat ID during Wellness Week!
