2025 Joy of Giving Participation FAMILY REQUEST FORM

October 27 - Deadline to submit Joy of Giving Participation-Family Request form.
November 5 - Family information will be sent to the contact person listed below. We occasionally must wait for the Social Workers' responses, but we will get them to you ASAP. Our goal is to have all the family information distributed no later than November 5th.
December 8 - Gifts delivered by individual or group/department representative to Colusa Hall.

Interested participants (department/individual/group) must complete this form and submit to Staff Council at stac@csuchico.edu.

Please indicate your desire to be assigned a family of 1, 2, 3, or more children. We will do our best, though we also ask for your flexibility.
Approximate spending per child is recommended to be $150-$200. Additional gifts for the parents are welcome but optional.

ANY MONETARY DONATIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED AND ACCEPTED

If you wish to donate money, please contact Staff Council at stac@csuchico.edu or call 530-898-5905 and we will coordinate the delivery of your contribution.

Your participation in this program is a remarkable gesture of giving. It is truly appreciated by the families in need, the social workers, and Staff Council members who work diligently to help our community. Thank you.
