Get Psyched! Please join us for a FREE online info session held by the Psychology Department via Zoom. See details below. Jourdan Travers, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and the clinical director at Awake Therapy, a telehealth organization offering online psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching services. She helps clients navigate distressing thoughts, manage intense emotions and urges, and build on their strengths to achieve lasting change. Jourdan also supports professionals facing challenges with work-life balance and individuals seeking to improve their self-care practices. In addition to her clinical work, she contributes to the mental health website Therapytips.org and has held positions at several treatment facilities, including Promises Treatment Center and Malibu Vista.
