Greetings, Colleagues! We have exciting news to share! As Softdocs is implemented across campus, the Payments to Students platform will transition from Team Dynamix to Softdocs. What is Softdocs? Softdocs is a document management and process automation platform designed to make workflow experiences more efficient and user-friendly. It also provides improved tracking and communication tools for all parties involved. Join us for the next Payments to Students Forum: Wednesday, December 3rd SSC 150 2-3:30 p.m. A Zoom option will be available, and the forum will be recorded. Representatives from Financial Aid & Scholarships, Student Financial Services, and Chico State Enterprises (CSE) will share updates. A Q&A session will follow the presentation. The Forum theme is "What's New." We will cover the following topics: Who Should Attend? Faculty, staff, grant managers, department administrators, coordinators, budget personnel, and anyone involved in requesting or processing student payments are encouraged to join.
