The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) will host a webinar titled, Undocumented & DACA Students: Legal and Policy Updates for Higher Education Institutions, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 9:40 am Pacific Time.

This webinar will focus on the latest developments affecting undocumented and DACA students in higher education, with a focus on emerging policies, challenges, and opportunities. With ongoing legal uncertainty and evolving policy landscapes, it is critical for colleges and universities to stay informed and responsive. Experts from fwd.us, the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, the National Immigration Law Center, RAICES, and Lincoln-Goldfinch Law will provide timely updates, clarify implications for campus communities, and share actionable strategies and resources to help institutions effectively support undocumented and DACA students. This session is designed for higher education professionals seeking to promote access, equity, and well-being for all students, regardless of immigration status.
