As a reminder, during the winter break (Dec. 20, 2025–Jan. 19, 2026), most campus buildings are locked as part of our standard security procedures. The following buildings will stay open to support campus needs, with hours that may vary. Acker Gymnasium (AGYM) For employees (stateside and auxiliary), your Chico State ID will allow you access to any campus building during regular business hours. Outside of those hours, you will only have access to the buildings where you normally have after-hours access. All other campus facilities will be secured and accessible only to authorized personnel. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure campus during the break period.

Many academic buildings also remained open to support in-person winter orientation on January 6 and 7.
