Project Rebound is a student success program designed specifically for Chico State students who have been incarcerated or have a conviction history. Our program provides a welcoming space, individualized support, and connections to campus and community resources to help students thrive academically and personally. After submitting the form, a Project Rebound staff member will contact you to schedule an eligibility appointment.
Open Hours (Temporary)
Through the week of the 20th:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
After the week of the 20th:
Friday hours will extend to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Support Beyond Campus
Project Rebound also assists currently incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals with applying to Chico State. If you have a friend or family member anywhere in California who is interested, encourage them to complete the interest form. If they are currently incarcerated, we can mail a paper copy directly to the facility.
