Employees who "opted-in" to use the Paperless W-2 feature can view and download their 2025 W-2 and previous years' W-2s. Employees who did not enroll by November 30, 2025 will have their 2025 W-2 mailed on or before January 31, 2026 and will have view-only access to their current and previous years' W-2s in CEC. The next opportunity to enroll in Paperless W-2 will be February 1, 2026. If employees have not registered with CEC, please sign up today at Cal Employee Connect. It takes less than five minutes to complete the process. Additional information and resources for CEC can be found on the CEC webpage. Additional information about W-2s can be found here. If you do not receive your Form W-2 by February 20, 2026, please email payroll@csuchico.edu. If employees have questions or need additional help with CEC or W-2, please contact your Payroll Technician.
