Dr. Seulki "Rachel" Jang holds a Ph.D. in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and has over 14 years of experience in organizational and HR research, with 15+ peer-reviewed publications. She has served as an assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma and Penn State Mont Alto and a business consultant at AECOM. Her expertise includes employee well-being, engagement, DEI, and performance management, supported by strong quantitative and statistical skills.
