If you've ever struggled to be motivated for consistent physical activity or exercise, this opportunity is for you! I'm a professor in the Kinesiology department. I'm teaching a class called Exercise Behavior & Adherence. This is an upper division class for students to learn about the psychology behind consistent physical activity for life. We are hoping to give students in the class a great experience with real-life issues and concerns surrounding physical activity and exercise. We are seeking adults who would be willing to meet with a student for a one-on-one counseling session (not an exercise session) via zoom or in person at least two times between mid-March and May 15. The ideal volunteer is someone who wants to be more physically active but is struggling to get moving and put their plans into action!
