Join the APIDA Resource Center for Food as History: India on a Plate, a cultural and educational tasting experience exploring how everyday Indian street foods reflect history, community, and cultural identity. Through shared tasting and guided written materials, participants will learn how food connects people across regions, class, and tradition in India.
