MPP Series: Classification and Compensation (2/25)

This session is designed to provide managers with a comprehensive understanding of classification, compensation, and position descriptions within the CSU framework. Participants will explore job classification, salary structures, compensation policies, and collective bargaining agreements. These are key elements in making informed classification decisions and ensuring equity. Through real-world applications, managers will gain the skills to develop accurate position descriptions, navigate classification and compensation discussions, and maintain compliance with union agreements.
