Effectively addressing employee performance issues is essential to building a positive and productive workplace. Implementing Progressive Discipline provides supervisors and managers with practical tools to navigate performance concerns fairly, consistently, and confidently.
Participants will be guided step-by-step through the progressive discipline process, with an emphasis on clear documentation, improvement planning, and due process. The course also highlights how to balance accountability with employee support, helping leaders foster a culture of fairness, growth, and continuous improvement.
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Understand each stage of the progressive discipline process
- Learn best practices for documentation and communication
- Gain tools to develop and implement improvement plans
- Be equipped to handle complex performance situations professionally
