You are invited to participate in a research study titled Supporting Student Wellness: A Needs Assessment for Eating Disorder Services at Chico State's Wellcat Health Center, approved by CSU, Chico Institutional Review Board (IRB 2025-139). Survey: https://csuchico.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6RnQKUCb9MjK8ce Eligibility: You are eligible to participate if you are a current CSU, Chico student What participation involves: Participation includes completing an anonymous online survey about your experiences, opinions and awareness of eating disorder related resources at Chico State. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Risks: This study involves minimal risk. Some questions may feel personal or cause mild emotional discomfort. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer. Voluntary participation: Participation is completely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or withdraw at any time without penalty.
