Spring brings the return of one of our most in-demand learning experiences: the Conflict Resolution & Transformation Series, facilitated by Seya Lumeya. These sessions provide powerful, practical tools to help you approach conflict with skill, confidence, and resilience.
Conflict Competence: Resolution and Transformation
This interactive, multi-day course helps members of the CSU, Chico community—including students, managers, deans, department chairs, faculty, and staff—build resilience during conflict and resolve disputes constructively.

Advanced Conflict Competence Training for Practitioners
This multi-day course prepares future practitioners, facilitators, and mediators to apply restorative techniques effectively. Participants will practice facilitation strategies, receive feedback, and build confidence leading restorative conversations through guided case work.
