Strengthen your ability to navigate conflict with confidence. This multi-day learning experience offers practical tools to help you address challenges constructively and build resilience during difficult conversations. Learn how to transform conflict into opportunity through skill-based learning and real-world application. Designed for the entire CSU, Chico community, including students, faculty, staff, managers, deans, and department chairs. Dates: March 2 & 9, 2026 Space is limited, and sessions fill quickly.
