Join the Office of Sustainability and Book in Common for a special screening of The Cigarette Surfboard. When: Tuesday, March 10 | Doors 5:30 PM, Film 6:00 PM Bonus: Free pizza + a post-screening Q&A with filmmaker Ben Judkins. The Cigarette Surfboard is an award-winning documentary that follows the inspiring journey of surfer and activist Taylor Lane. Frustrated by the toxic waste washing up on California's shores, Taylor builds a fully functional surfboard from 10,000 cigarette butts he collected from his local beaches. What begins as a creative art project quickly evolves into a powerful platform for environmental advocacy. Links for More Information:
