The Middle Leadership Academy (Academy) is a professional learning opportunity that brings together campus-based teams of CSU students, student affairs staff, researchers, and faculty in a collaborative, supportive environment to address common equity issues and institutional challenges related to student success. The Academy is a year-long professional learning experience. For more information about the Academy and how to develop a team and/or a proposal, please register for our upcoming Information Session on March 3rd from 2:00pm – 3:30pm. If interested, we encourage you and your team to apply to the Academy by March 27, 2026. Questions can be directed to Ellie Ertle, Academy Director
