The WellCat Counseling center is now offering Let's Chat Drop In consultations with a counselor in the BSS building, room 347C. Let's Chat consultations are 30 min in length, first come first serve, no appointment needed. During a Let's Chat Drop In a counselor can listen to specific problems, provide practical strategies, information, and support. This is a great opportunity to talk with a mental health professional and ask questions about your general well-being, learn about campus resources, and get connected to formal counseling if needed. Let's Chat is not a therapeutic service or therapy session, and is not meant to be used as a crisis resource.
