Recognize early indicators of employee needs and respond effectively.
Navigate benefits, support, and connect employees with the right campus services.
Develop action plans to enhance ongoing learning of relevant laws and policies.
By the end of this session, managers will leave with practical strategies to champion work-life balance, strengthen team well-being, and ensure the workplace supports the diverse needs of all employees.
