Are you nearing retirement? Join this Retirement Planning Workshop to learn how to prepare for and make the most of your transition into retirement. A CalPERS representative from the Sacramento Regional Office will provide guidance on key steps, timelines, and strategies to help you plan effectively and maximize your benefits. Topics include Service Credit, retirement formulas, final compensation, retirement payment options, health benefits, and much more. The session will also include time for Q&A at the end. Date: Friday, April 24, 2026 Time: 9:00 AM-11:30 AM Location: ARTS 228 Register today via CSU Learn, as space is limited. You will receive a registration confirmation email. The following pre-work is also highly recommended: Create your personal MyCalPERS account to calculate retirement estimates, view service credit, update personal information (such as beneficiaries), and more.
