Latinx Grad 2026 Mandatory Meeting

If you are a confirmed participant for Latinx Grad 2026, please plan to attend the mandatory meeting, where we will share important details about Latinx Grad 2026. Attendance is required for all confirmed participants unless you have a compelling conflict (see below). We appreciate your effort to be there.

Latinx Grad 2026 Mandatory Meeting

5:00–6:00 PM

Harlen Adams Theatre – Performing Arts Center (PAC) 144

Important Notes:

• Virtual option: Available for fully online students or those who live far from Chico State. The Zoom link will be posted on our website one hour before the meeting.
• Schedule conflicts: Students who have a class at the time of the meeting or work obligations that cannot be rescheduled are excused from attending.
• If you cannot attend: Students who do not attend must review all meeting materials on their own and are responsible for knowing the information shared.
• Materials: Presentation slides and a recording will be shared on our website a few days after the meeting.
• Change your mind? Need to cancel? If you can no longer commit to participate in Latinx Grad on Saturday, May 16, please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than May 5, so we can offer your spot to another student on the waitlist. No shows are unacceptable. Email lgrad@csuchico.edu to withdraw.
