As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integral to higher education, this session will explore how institutions can move beyond experimentation toward responsible, institution-wide AI strategies that advance student success. Featuring a case study from Long Beach City College (LBCC), participants will gain practical insights on implementing AI in ways that are ethical, equitable, and effective.
