Earth Day at Éstom Jámani Dining Center

Celebrate Earth Day at Éstom Jámani Dining Center on Wednesday, April 22nd with a special dining experience featuring a menu of sustainable food options.

All students, staff, faculty, and community members are welcome to join in the celebration! Entry is just $12 for non-meal plan guests.

Lunch:

• Beet Root Pesto Pizza with Kale and Goat Cheese - Beets grown at Saeturn Farms and Goat Cheese from Point Reyes Creamery
• Monterey Bay Rock Fish Tacos - Seared fish tacos with chipotle lemon slaw made from a chipotle crema
• Crispy Tofu Pad Thai - Local produce including carrots from Saeturn Farms
• Chico State Meat Lab Sausage Sandwich - Served with stone-ground mustard and Saurkraut made from cabbage grown at Saeturn Farms

Dinner:

Cheese Tasting Table starting at 6 p.m., showcasing cheeses from creameries across California as well as local produce.

Continue the celebration at the Earth Day Festival on Glenn Lawn between 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Stop by to meet campus and community organizations and participate in several exciting activities including baby goats, tarot card readings, seasonal fruit forest, screenprinting, and more!
