Parking Structure 1 (corner of W. 2nd and Cherry Streets, by the WREC) will undergo repairs to maintain the structure this Summer. Parking Services will also take this opportunity to repaint the stalls, directional arrows, and accessible paths of travel. New signs will also be installed throughout the garage.
Repairs are scheduled for this summer, June 1 - August 15, 2026.
During this period, the garage will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians.
Summer parking rules will be in effect during this period. All Chico State parking permits will be valid in all Reserved and General parking areas.
