Summer Deliveries through Distribution Services

As we head into summer, please note that Distribution Services will observe the campus summer schedule from June 1 through August 14 and will be closed on Fridays.

Important Summer Delivery Reminders:

• Plan ahead when ordering and be mindful of delivery days/times
• Deliveries attempted during Friday closures may be delayed or returned to the supplier which can lead to additional fees
• Pay special attention to orders of temperature-sensitive items and shipping timelines
• Friday deliveries can experience extended delays due to limited weekend storage by the carriers

Departments with extended or additional summer closures:
Please email your closure dates to distribution@csuchico.edu so we can plan accordingly.

We encourage all departments to review their needs and schedule shipments to avoid disruptions.
