The Summer Learning Collaborative 2026 calendar is now available, and registration is open.
SLC 2026 includes learning opportunities throughout June and July to support professional development, employee engagement, connection, and skill-building as we prepare for the new academic year.
This year's calendar includes approximately 40 sessions aligned with the Great Colleges to Work For 10 core dimensions of employee engagement. Sessions include opportunities focused on:
- AI literacy, digital tools, and accessibility
- Communication, collaboration, and conflict competence
- Student connection, mission, and campus culture
- Well-being, movement, and personal development
- Leadership, supervision, and manager development
As part of SLC 2026, Chico State staff will also have access to the WREC and The WELL during June and July.
Please review the Learning Opportunities Calendar for session dates, locations, audience information, and registration links. Some sessions may have limited space, so early registration is encouraged.
Supervisors, managers, and employees preparing for supervisory responsibilities may also complete the Principles of Supervision interest form. This series begins June 9 and has limited space.
