The Office of Equal Opportunity and Dispute Resolution has officially changed its name to the Office for Civil Rights and Title IX. This change was made at the request of the Chancellor's Office as part of a systemwide effort to establish greater consistency in office naming conventions across all CSU campuses. Faculty, staff, and administrators - Please begin using the new office name in future communications, materials, referrals, and website updates as appropriate. While our name is changing, our services, responsibilities, and commitment to supporting the Chico State community remain the same. The updated name more accurately reflects the breadth of our work related to civil rights compliance, discrimination and harassment based on protected status, retaliation, and Title IX responsibilities. The Office for Civil Rights and Title IX remains located in the Student Services Center, Room 420. We can be reached by email at titleix@csuchico.edu or by phone at 530-898-4949.
