The Chico State community is invited to attend the TRIO Upward Bound Summer Showcase on Monday, July 13, from 2:30–3:30 p.m. in Colusa Hall 100 A/B. As our six-week Summer Residential Program comes to a close, Upward Bound students will showcase the projects, research, and community engagement work they've completed throughout the summer. Guests will have the opportunity to explore interactive displays featuring robotics, agricultural science, medical terminology, computer animation, work-based learning, and more while hearing directly from students about their experiences and accomplishments. This year's showcase is especially meaningful as we celebrate 60 years of TRIO Upward Bound at Chico State—six decades of preparing first-generation and college-bound students for success in higher education. Join us in celebrating our students' achievements, learning more about the impact of Upward Bound, and commemorating this important milestone. Your attendance helps celebrate the accomplishments of students who represent the next generation of Chico State Wildcats. Light refreshments will be served. Event Details We hope you'll stop by to celebrate our students and 60 years of Upward Bound!
