Promote Your Campus Department's Event or Program with University Housing!

Want to reach an audience of over 1900 students with one simple email? University Housing would like to promote your Chico State event or organization. We have display screens within each lobby throughout our residential communities. Please email the University Housing office directly for submissions. The instructions are below:

Design specifications: We suggest PDFs, JPG, JPEG and PNG formats. The resolution should be 1920 pixels horizontal by 1080 pixels vertical.
Costs: There are no fees associated with displaying your ad.
Run times: Each ad displays for 10 seconds until it moves onto the next slide.
Specific Dates: If your ad does not have an event date and time, it will run for a maximum of 30-days. You may request special permission for a longer duration.
How to submit an ad: Email University Housing at housing@csuchico.edu.
