Your student experience can help shape student health at Chico State. The WellCat Health Center is still accepting interest from students who would like to join the Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) this academic year. SHAC gives students a direct way to share feedback, explore issues affecting student health and wellness, and work alongside the Health Center on projects that can include surveys, data review, health education, outreach, campus events, and recommendations for programs and services. It's a chance to make a difference on campus while building real-world experience you can take with you beyond Chico State. No health-related major or previous experience is required. We welcome students from across campus who are curious, engaged, and interested in bringing the student perspective to the table. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
