Join us at the Turner on 10/1 from 4-7pm for a free community event and create your own chine collé print! Chine collé uses delicate layers of paper to add color and texture to prints. Inspired by artworks in the Personal to Political exhibition at the Turner, learn how to combine linocut, collage, and chine collé to create a unique artwork. All printmaking materials are provided, but we encourage you to bring your own scrapbook materials (family photos, letters, fabric scraps) to add to your creation! Get crafty, spend the afternoon with us, and enjoy free cookies, cider and hot chocolate.
