Join us for an engaging session designed to empower managers in fostering a healthy, inclusive, and supportive workplace. This training will equip managers to confidently guide employees through leaves, accommodations, and wellness resources. Navigate benefits and support, and connect employees with the right campus services. By the end of this session, managers will leave with practical strategies to champion work-life balance, strengthen team well-being, and ensure the workplace supports the diverse needs of all employees. Audience: This session is designed for and limited to MPP and Chairs.
Recognize early indicators of employee needs and respond effectively.
Develop action plans to enhance ongoing learning of relevant laws and policies.
