Hello! My name is Julye (pronounced like Julie) Yang. I am majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders and aspire to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. As a first-generation college student, I quickly learned how to adapt to higher education, balancing school, work, and home life to ensure academic success. I understand that the journey can be stressful and overwhelming. With my experience and many years at Chico State, including my background in tutoring and mentoring, I am eager to support my peers by sharing tips and resources to enhance their educational journey. I hope to provide personalized support and practical strategies to overcome challenges. I am passionate about helping others and find joy in seeing those around me achieve their goals and dreams through hard work and dedication. Outside of academics, I enjoy good food with family and friends, chasing waterfalls, and traveling. I am excited to connect with you and support your endeavors!
