Basic Needs: Food, housing and financial support

At Chico State, we recognize that students may face challenges outside the classroom that impact their ability to succeed academically. The Basic Needs Program is here to provide support. Services include the Hungry Wildcat Food Pantry, emergency grants, financial wellness education, help with emergency housing, finding housing and/or rental assistance, assistance for students caring for children, and other resources to assist with food insecurity, housing instability, and financial hardships.
