Chico State is moving to virtual delivery of instruction and most services for the remainder of the spring semester, including finals week. If you need advising assistance, the College Advising and Retention Specialist, Ashley Person, will provide remote advising and support.

Schedule Online/Remote Advising
Ashley offers scheduled appointments for currently enrolled students virtually via Zoom. Follow the few simple steps below to set up your appointment with her.
- Login to our Appointment Scheduler(opens in new window) using your portal ID and password.
- Once you are logged in, click on "Schedule an Appointment"
- Appointment Details
- What is the purpose of the appointment? College of Behavioral and Social Sciences
- Where would you like to meet? Online Virtual Meeting
- Who do you want to meet with? Select Ashley Person
- Click "Search" to display the availability calendar, select your desired day and time for your appointment
- Watch for confirmation of your appointment in your email
- You will receive an additional email containing your Zoom link for the Online Virtual Meeting.
