Dafne is an academic advising intern for the College of BSS. As a Chicana, an ARC student, and first-generation college student herself, she has grown to love working with underrepresented students and post-traditional college students. Her overall goal is to work in higher education by using a holistic approach to support her students reach their academic goals. In her free time she enjoys re-watching sitcom TV shows like New Girl, Schitt's Creek, and The Office (just to name a few), experiencing new breakfast diners, as well as enjoying a cup of herbal tea with her two cats.
