Computer Animation and Game Development

Computer Graphics Club

One of the best ways to get involved at Chico State is to join a club!

The Computer Graphics Club is an organization that works within the CAGD Department and alongside our faculty and staff. Students coordinate:

  • tutorials emphasizing skills needed to enhance integration into the animation and video game industries
  • host social events to increase cohesiveness within the CAGD Program.
  • promote networking opportunities for future endeavors.

Students not in the Computer Animation and Game Development Major, but share an interest in the field, are also welcome to join the Club.

Meetings are held every Friday at 2pm in room 136 O'Connell Center.

Join the Computer Graphics Club group on Facebook(opens in new window) or Discord(opens in new window) and stay informed about the club and receive insight into the industry from Applied Computer Graphics alumni as well as Computer Animation and Game Development alumni.

Looking for other ways to get involved?

There are lots of reasons to get involved in organizations and clubs on the Chico State Campus! Participation in a student club offers opportunities for networking, professional and social activities as well as provides an atmosphere in which to foster relationships that will extend beyond the college experience.  Clubs at Chico State are open to any student on campus. To view clubs currently recognized on campus please visit Recognized Student Organizations or visit the Chico State CatsConnect Page(opens in new window) for other opportunities to get involved!
