DHL International Shipment Document Changes

The small package carrier, DHL, is now requiring that all outbound shipment documents be created electronically. Triplicate, manual, paper waybills will no longer be accepted by the carrier beginning in September.

Mail Services and Shipping & Receiving will no longer be providing manualDHL paper waybills to the campus community for university business operations.

If your department has a supply of manualDHL paper waybills, they should be recycled.

Overall, this change only affects a small portion of the campus community in their daily campus university business operations. We will be reaching out to those departments directly to provide them with the new process.
