Forest Therapy with Women of Excellence

We welcome all women of color to join us for Forest Therapy with Blake Ellis! Blake is the Ecotherapy Program Manager at Chico State. Women of Excellence is hosting this incredible opportunity to learn about mindfulness and connecting with our surroundings. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. We will meet at the STAR Center at 10:30AM and walk to the park together. Please RSVP below & we will see you on Saturday the 7th!
