$5,000 Reentry Student Scholarships Available...Apply Today!

Chico State Professional & Continuing Education invites qualified reentry students to apply for $135,000 in scholarships through the kind support of the Bernard Osher Foundation and the Crankstart Foundation. These $5,000 scholarships are applied toward tuition and fees.

To be eligible for scholarship consideration, reentry students must meet the following requirements:

• Must currently be admitted, or in the process of being admitted to Chico State
• Studies have been interrupted by circumstances beyond your control for at least five years (may be cumulative).
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Demonstrated financial need by submitting a FAFSA or the California DREAM Act application
• Studies must be in an on-campus degree program

If you meet these requirements, you are strongly encouraged to complete the online application, in which you will have the opportunity to share the hardships you have encountered and obstacles you have overcome to continue your education.
