Due to changes in staffing, Procurement & Contract Services and Accounts Payable are pleased to announce changes in Procure to Pay Team assignments. Effective immediately, your Procure to Pay Team (both Procurement & Payment Specialists) are listed here https://www.csuchico.edu/purc/procure-to-pay.shtml.

Please double check that you are entering the correct Procurement Specialist and/or Payment Specialist when completing requisitions, routing Hospitality or Reimbursement forms, or forwarding an invoice.
