A Fearless Campus- Apr. 06

Thursday, Apr. 6, 2023, 9–11 a.m.
Zoom
Free

The mission of a Fearless Campus is to create a supportive, inclusive, equitable and psychologically safe campus environment with a common purpose of enabling performance, commitment, and retention for all members of the campus community (leadership, faculty, staff, and students).

Join us to learn more about how Cal Poly Pomona has initiated this work at Cal Poly Pomona and what steps individuals can take to create a more psychologically safe space where the campus community can thrive.

Learning Objectives:
*Understand the terminology associated with a Fearless Campus
*Normalize the fears we each experience which prevent us from bringing our whole selves to work.
*Identify common misperceptions of psychological safety
*Learn practical steps you can implement immediately to create the culture that you want.

Register via April's CSU's Cross-Campus Collaboration schedule.

This training is interactive, so attendance is limited CSU-wide. Registration is on a first come, first-served basis, so don't delay! If you register then can't attend, please cancel your registration so another may have your virtual seat - thank you.

Audience: All campus staff, faculty, and managers. This is a CSU-wide training.

Sponsors: CSU CO Learning & Development and Chico State's Staff Professional Development.

If a reasonable accommodation is needed, please contact L&D@calstate.edu in advance (minimum of 72 hours is requested) and we will connect you with the workshop facilitator.
