Meriam Library, first floor in the back part of The Grove
The North State Student Ambassadors will be hosting power hours in the regional student affinity space in the back part of The Grove on the first floor of Meriam Library. Power hours provide opportunities for our ambassadors to highlight an important resource on our campus, creating more access to this information for all students, but especially focused on students from rural communities. Servando Melendrez, a freshman from Westwood, has invited a REACH program mentor on Monday, April 10 from 1-2 pm. Gabrielle Concepcion, a senior from Redding, will host a representative from UMatter on Thursday from 4-5 pm. Trish Wallan, a senior from Tehama County, will live stream from Instagram on April 27 from 6:30-7:30 with faculty from the distance Social Work program at Chico State.
