Reminder: Summer Schedule Begins June 5

For the summer of 2023, the 4/10 summer work schedule will begin the week of June 5 and continue through August 11, 2023. The campus will be open for business Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM through 5:30 PM each day. The campus will be closed on June 19 (Monday) to observe Juneteenth (10 hours) and July 4 (Tuesday) to observe Independence Day (10 hours). As a reminder, employees on a 10 or 11 month pay plan who are not in work status on the day a holiday is officially observed shall not be entitled to that holiday.

The Notice of Work Schedule form is required for employees who will not be on the negotiated 4/10 summer work schedule and are due by May 5, 2023.
