Appointments are strongly encouraged. For an appointment, visit donors.vitalant.org & enter Blood Drive Code SMFL003, or call Vitalant at 530-893-5433. Please complete your Fast Track Health History the day of your donation at Vitalant.org/health. Please bring a photo ID and eat well and drink plenty of water before donating.

It's a good idea to check out the Eligibility Guidelines in advance to make sure you will be able to donate. Some rules are changing. Also, there can be CDC restrictions due to recent travel – if you have traveled outside the U.S. recently it's a good idea to call 800-289-4923 to find out if you are eligible to donate.
