CSUBUY is Now Live!

We are pleased to announce that CSUBUY P2P is NOW LIVE!

You can now access the live site on the campus Procurement & Contract Services CSUBUY page.

To ensure the success and smooth adoption of CSUBUY, the following support resources are available to all users:

· Self-Service Materials: We have curated a comprehensive collection of self-service materials, including quick reference guides, instructor-led recordings, and short videos. These resources are easily accessible through our campus CSUBUY website as well as the CSUBUY Training Library section of the CSUBUY P2P Project Page (https://p2p.calstate.edu). We encourage you to explore these materials at your convenience, as they provide step-by-step instructions and valuable insights to help you navigate the system effectively.

· Office Hours and Dedicated Support: As you start to utilize the system, our Campus Project team is here to assist you with any questions that might pop up. Please feel free to bring your questions to the team during the office hours posted on our campus CSUBUY website.

· Ongoing Training Opportunities: To further enhance your skills and maximize the potential of CSUBUY, we will be offering ongoing training opportunities. These training sessions will cover advanced features, tips and tricks, and industry best practices. We highly recommend taking advantage of these sessions to deepen your understanding and proficiency. Please visit CSU Learn to register for an upcoming training.

· Feedback and Suggestions: Your feedback is crucial in our ongoing efforts to refine and optimize the system. We value your input and encourage you to share your suggestions, enhancement ideas, or any challenges you may encounter. Your feedback will guide us in making necessary improvements and ensuring the system aligns with your evolving needs. You can submit your feedback through the Share Your Thoughts section of the CSUBUY P2P Project Page (https://p2p.calstate.edu).

With this transition, we would also like to call attention to the shift of the CSUBUY P-Card Marketplace. This site will now simply be identified as the Marketplace and will be strictly for auxiliary use only. More information regarding this change can be found here.
