Come one, come all! To Chico State's very first cybersecurity carnival! What: The Festival of the Phishes, a cybersecurity themed carnival presented by the Division of Information Technology (DoIT). When: Wednesday, October 25th Time: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Where: Trinity Commons Who: All students, staff, and faculty are invited to attend Why: October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month. The education environment receives more targeted phishing emails than any other industry, and Chico State is committed to making cybersecurity awareness accessible to the diverse communities on campus. The topic of cybersecurity can be daunting, and the Division of IT is responding by sharing wisdom and advice in the form of a cybersecurity-themed carnival. Whether you are a lyrical poet, a basketball all-star, or just very talented on a surfboard, this carnival will have an activity for you to enjoy.
