The Center for Technology Equity is hosting its third workshop of the semester, Kurzweil and Cookies featuring Accessible Content Specialist, Brandy Cervantes. Kurzweil 3000 is an inclusive screen reader tool available to all staff and students that can be tailored to suit various academic, professional, and/or personal needs. This tool includes features that allow users to create study guides, convert PDF or Word documents into MP3 files, and increase comprehension while browsing or learning with text-to-speech options. In this one-hour session, Brandy will explore Kurzweil's popular features and provide participants an opportunity to ask questions. Light refreshments will be served.
