The CCLC and Women of Excellence are hosting the first ever Women of Chico cupcake decorating contest! Join us on Thursday, November 9th, at the CCLC (MLIB 172) from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM for delicious treats and community building. There will be music, drinks, and prizes for the best decorators!
